Hi, I’m Jackie — writer, designer, survivor, and storyteller.
I’ve always believed that beautiful things can grow from broken ground.
I started Farmstand Grove as a quiet creative space — a place where I could share my love for writing, design, and the simple joys of everyday life. But after being diagnosed with lymphoma at 37, this space became something much deeper. It became a reflection of healing, resilience, and the incredible strength that comes from starting over.
My journey with cancer taught me to slow down, to notice the light through the window, and to create meaning out of moments I used to rush past. Now, I write and design with purpose — telling stories that remind others that healing and creativity often grow side by side.
What I Do
I’m a writer and web designer with a passion for building heartfelt, story-driven brands and blogs.
Through my work, I help others share their stories beautifully — whether that’s through a custom WordPress theme, meaningful blog content, or a heartfelt creative project.
I also speak and write about life after cancer, creative recovery, and finding purpose through adversity. My goal is to bring hope, authenticity, and connection to everything I create.
